Administration Assistant job availability

  • We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant for a casual position based in Whyalla.

    About the role:

    • Monday - Friday; One full day, two half days
    • Ongoing role
    • Competitive rates

    Your Responsibilities will include:

    • Answering of incoming calls and general queries
    • Organise and schedule meeting appointments
    • Updating and maintaining of records
    • Data entry
    • Generate reports
    • Travel bookings and arrangements
    • Emails, scanning, photocopying, filling and other administration duties as required

    To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

    • Demonstrated experience in administration role
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Drivers licence
