  • Administration | All-rounder | Immediate Start | Permanent Part-time Position

    We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Part-time Officer Administrator to be based in the Archerfield area.

    Our client is a unique manufacturing company, with a Sales and Distribution Office providing parts and products for Australia and Worldwide customers. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be an integral part of the Administration Team.

    Benefits:

    • Based at Archerfield - moving to new premises soon

    About your new role:

    • Reception Duties | Customer Service

    • Answering all enquiries face to face and phone

    • Maintain office cleanliness

    • Supplier ordering

    • Processing Customer Orders and invoicing

    • Filling

    • Payroll

    • Processing paperwork and invoices

    • Generation of monthly reporting

    • Warranty issues

    • Co-ordination of site services

    About you:

    • Pro-active, can do person

    • Experience in an administration role

    • Ability to multi-task

    • Excellent Customer Service ability

    • Be able to work autonomously

    • Intermediate computer skills

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Previous experience in processing of sales orders and invoicing
