  We are currently recruiting for an experienced Invoicing Clerk to be based in the Brisbane North area to be part of a well-established Finance team.

  Our client is a Global Air and Sea Freight Business, with a strong team culture and a reputation for providing a safe working environment. In this new role you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to our finance accounting policies, driving profitability cost awareness and efficiently across the Logistics Organisation.

  About your new role:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Daily processing of Invoicing
  • Distribute customer invoicing
  • Working with Suppliers and Contractors
  • Liaising with clients and updating queries and correspondence
  • Ensure all creditors invoices are checked for compliance with correct rates
  • Flexible working hours - 7am to 7pm

  About you:

  • Experience in Finance Accounts Experience
  • Advanced Excel and SAP
  • Previous experience in Air | Sea Freight
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated Drive and Commitment
