This client, a large well known company within the FMCG industry is currently searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy team in a casual capacity for a 3 month + period.
The duties will include data entry of invoice information, payment runs, foreign currency payments, creating new suppliers and maintaining relevant information in the database, reporting and reconciling of data, whilst performing general office duties and relief reception as per a roster (twice per month on average).
To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your Accounts Payable and basic accounting knowledge, have Advanced Excel skills, display excellent customer service and overall administrative skills, whilst showing your high level attention to detail and negotiation skills. You will have excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders and be a positive team player.
This role will start immediately for the right candidate.
