Accounts Administrator job availability

  • This client, a key player in the Government service industry is seeking a suitably qualified administrator to support the team with a data cleanse project. The role requires the analysis of data taken from CRM systems and the ability to navigate and interpret data from service and maintenance contracts to ensure a backlog is cleared and that invoicing can proceed.

    The role works closely with the Company Accountant and needs an individual who can interpret data, has excellent attention to detail and can manage multiple systems.

    To secure this role you will have knowledge of a range of CRM systems (Oracle and Dynamics would be ideal but not essential) and you will be at an Advanced Level in the use of Microsoft Excel. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret, question and analyse data available. The ability to be proactive to ensure successful outcomes is essential.

    This role commences immediately, working full-time hours for a minimum period of 3 months
