    Our client is a boutique Bendigo-based food manufacturing company with a strong focus on quality, team work, innovation and professional development.

    Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful person will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of their section, employee management and associated record keeping.

    Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include;

    • Proven staff management and leadership skills.
    • Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
    • Experience working with quality systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

    It is essential that the successful person has Cert III in Food Processing, Cert IV in Frontline Management OR comparable industry experience.
